It is a four-star hotel with very good comfort. The building is a bit old, but overall it is still in good condition. The services are good and fully meet the four-star standard.

Absolutely not worth the rates. The campus is badly maintained. The area outside is so dirty including the compound. Doesn't feel safe. Full points to the staff. Very courteus and polite. The rooms are clean and better than the exterior suggests. Overall I would skip the hotel for price.

The A/C was not working in the common areas like dining, corridors and reception. It’s was very hot and uncomfortable. The premises are not clean. Maintainance of cleanliness was very pathetic

Horrible experience with good food

Let me explain step by step: -At the time of arrival we were greeted by the person who was handling our luggage, first impressions was good. -Check in counter took lot of time (I am a regular traveller so I know average check in time). - Allotted room key wasn’t working, we were standing for 20minutes for key replacement, somehow a guy came with master key and opened the room. - wanted to have a tea but tea cups were so dirty and scratches inside that you can’t feel to have a tea in that cup. -Oh yes, our room key didn’t fix so got request to change the room to another floor. -The new room on 3rd floor, it was spring mattress and pathetic comfort. Just springs and a inch thick mattress on top of it, you can literally feel the spring edge. -Room AC was working absolutely fine. -They provide refill bottle water so during covid time we were reluctant to drink the water so we bought bottle water from shop. -Wifi was okay. Restaurant “Mix”: -We all loved the food quality and taste. -Restaurant has limited option for BF & Dinner buffet, we went there 4 times (2days BF&Dinner). -Restaurant service was terrible, didn’t expect any prompt service even for cutlery. -Don’t expect a vacant table is there you can occupy, either you have to clean it by yourself as someone used it prior you or have to call multiple times to clean the table as we did. -They don’t provide water upon you seated over there, you hv to beg for it if you are in needed. I think it’s under 2star.

OK but not great

This hotel announces itself as a 4-star but IMHO lack of maintenance and care makes it a 3-star. The staff were polite but a bit distracted. The room was ok but I would not rate it a 4-star. The bathroom is a bit cramped with a few wobbly fittings. Not far from Hampi.

The check-in process took over 45 minutes, and due to an event at the hotel, the expected room type was booked, and check-in staff was trying to downgrade to a different room. However, when we voiced our view, they upgraded us to a MUCH better room than what we paid for. Unfortunately, due to the event at the hotel, the whole place was a chaos, but it was not the hotel or its staff's mistake - it was quite chaotic with over 500+ people running around. Staff was quite courteous overall though.

Consider a different option.

Really a poor hotel overall. We had to change rooms 4 times due to various issues (shower overflowing, smells, beds, etc). Poor Wi-Fi that almost never worked and towels were worst I've ever experienced. Power surges at night. Staff was nice but not helpful. Pool was very nice. Very uncomfortable 2 days. Would not dream of returning. Very disappointing.
