I was completely disappointed in the facility. I had made a reservation about 4 weeks or more before I was to arrive. Upon arrival I was told they had cancelled all reservations and wouldn't be accepting guests because a change of management or something to that effect. I never received anything in reference to their cancellation. I can not speak on anything other than the poor management and lack of communication.

Upon checking in, the area had a few unsavory people loitering around the hotel from homeless people to what look like “ladies of night”. Inside the room look low budget, lack of pride in the facility, and ROACHES. Unalived two roaches along with finding several other live ones running around the room. The management refuse to accommodate in any kind of way and called the cops on me to get me off the property. This is not a hotel for families or anyone with standards for that matter.

The employees was very helpful with good hospitality the room were very comfortable and cool and babyyyyy let me tell you something the bed was very comfortable i took a nap yesterday around 5pm and myself just to sleep until 7pm but that bed and the cool air had mr knocked out didn't wake until 6am this morning thanks days inn i got me some much needed rest and yes i will be back

One door lock was gone. The other didn’t fasten all the way. These were to the outside door-if my husband hadn’t been with me I would have been scared to stay. The curtain rod was broken so the room never got dark. The hair dryer had been ripped out of the wall and only the hanger was left. There was no stopper in the tub and it was rusty. The room smelled like smoke probably because the door wouldn’t close all the way and one of the permanent tenants was outside smoking the entire time. It was inexpensive so I didn’t expect a lot but I’d really suggest fixing the locks.

Ozark Song Bird Must
The location is just down from Magic Springs Amusement Park and just North of Oaklawn Horse Racing, but the real prize I try to tell everyone year after year, **the South side tree line as a serenade of Ozark Mountain song birds day and night. It is a true must for any bird watching, bird listening group!

This hotel is not suitable for anyone and should be razed. Shame on Hotels.com and shame on Wiyndham for making this place available. This hotel is a residence for addicts and prostitutes. I drove past this place the following morning to find the sheriff outside in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

First off all the advertisements was a lie we had nothing in are room which was supposed to have a refrigerator,coffee pot microwaves, no place to get ice,no swimming pool and that's just too start with are room was cleaned 1time in 6 days we ask for towels and wash clothes the whole time we were there and in 6 days was finally given 2towles and 4 wash clothes the place was eaten alive with roaches, the people that were either in the top room are the back room we couldn't tell it was nothing but screaming and thumbing when they thumb are lights would blink on and off,the cops was always there for some reason the 5day we was blocked in by cops arresting people THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT Down,and it really looks bad for your company I Will NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN,and only 1 bed when i choose a 2 bed room CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN one more thing i pretty sure a few people live there dogs barking snd cring all night long and the DRUGS was crazy this place is not even fit for a dog absolutely horrible scariest place i have ever been in,well I'm going to stop now because I'm sure you really don't care because there is no way I'm the first person to complain about all this my opinion is the false advertisement is your fault you should make dam sure what your advertising is what we get,im not sure this will be the last time you're company hearse from me

Even the employees Syed the place was a dump.
This hotel was NOT as the photos appeared. It was in a terrible part of the town. The distance from our venue was not correct and while I was trying to ‘check in’ my spouse saw people walking around all of the cars with a long walking stick sweeping it under every sub trying to find one that had the motion detection to open it hatch!! The only thing I can say is when the clerk came to the desk, she said she would cancel the reservation on their end so there wouldn’t be a charge on their end but she couldn’t do anything to help me get through to hotel.com to try to get the stay changed to another hotel. She was as helpful as she could be and did suggest that IF I could get through to Expedia to be sure to let them know how bad the place was and that it certainly wasn’t what was advertised. I felt for her. She was just trying to work to make a living and knew the place was a dump. The parking lot was not lit enough to qualify as sub-par and NO WHERE near safe. There were people roaming around that were hitting people up for change a seeking drugs. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. It was going to be an extremely late check in and we had a medical emergency that we thought we were not going to be able to make the trip so the last thing on our mind was a timely cancellation or hotel change. That was May 3rd and I still can’t access the correct area through hotels.com…I didn’t know my search directed me to that sight. Money literally thrown away.

Had the absolute minimum, plus roaches
We had reserved a room online, and they did not have the reserved room available when we arrived. There were roaches, including on the bed and in the sink. There was no remote, and when we got one from the front desk, it did not work with the TV. There were burn holes in the blankets. The lamps above the beds did not work. We thought there was no phone in the room, but discovered as we were about to leave and were checking that didn't forget anything that there actually was a phone in the drawer, unplugged. The fridge was unplugged, so it was not cold when we needed to put things in it when we arrived. 2/10 do not recommend.
