"Our room was clean and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked with a toaster, pots, pans, silverware, and glasses. The standard sized refrigerator/freezer and the stovetop were both nice. Other limited small appliances were available from the front desk. The property's grills were in average condition. The grill utensils available from the desk were very good. The only actual food onsite was in the form of frozen sandwiches from a vending machine (which we ate the night we arrived as it was too late to go out to get other food) and they were actually decent, but a bit pricey. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and if we closed the door, the bedroom was miserably warm, so the air conditioning was less than great. The common areas on the property were not kept particularly clean and the same drips and dirt remained on the tile floors for days. If you want to wash some laundary, I would strongly recommend that you find an external laudary mat, as we paid $10 per load (a total of $30 for three), not just because of the cost of the loads (wash & dry), but because of the high "exchange rate" to use their app to operate the equipment. We purchased our own detergent at Walmart. There was plenty of parking around the building but the locks on the building entry doors were inconsistent and often would not open with the room keys. We had two small dogs, so we borrowed a broom a couple of times. Having one in each room would be better. The staff was pleasant & quite helpful,"

"The front desk staff member, Kristy, was not very welcoming. She initially gave me a room that was still occupied by another guest. When I went back to exchange the room key, she did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. When she handed me the new room key, I said “thank you,” but she did not respond. Overall, the experience felt very unfriendly and unprofessional."

"The hotel was very nice! My husband and girls all said it was the best sleep they have had at a hotel! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice and big, and it was very clean. The breakfast was average but had options. The check in staff could have been a little friendlier, but the check out staff was very nice!"

We had to check in around midnight because we drove from about 5 hours away and website stated that there was 24/7 service but when we got there we were informed that they close the lobby at 11pm meaning you aren’t able to check in after then and I wish that would’ve been informed in either the website or on the reservation because we assumed that booking we would be able to check in as soon as we got in.
