"I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, great staff, and if you are looking to save money. I recommend booking it in advance. A downside is that there is not a fridge so buying ice outside is recommended."

"They charge a resort fee that was never disclosed. What’s surprising is that there isn’t actually a resort on the property, just an old gym. They also charge guests to store their luggage on the day of departure, which is something I’ve never encountered before. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The staff is very nice and accommodating. From the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping was nice. I rated low on maintenance and cleanliness due to my experiences. This is my second time here and it is fairly new and appears clean but both times I’ve stayed here the shower wasn’t clean properly, hair on the floor of the shower. Which is disgusting and concerns me if everything is sanitized and cleaned properly. Next was the inconvenience one of the elevators stopped working. Which was scary to me because it had a very hard stop on me and another customer. After reporting to the front desk it went out of order. Last stay moved 3 times due bathroom and A/C. Overall the hotel is nice but I shouldn’t have to clean my shower snd sanitize it with my Clorox wipes. Sure maintenance things occur but I hope these things are routinely checked so your customers are not impacted."

"Room could have been much cleaner. Restaurant was very unorganized. I wanted a coffee to go, server realized no one had restocked the to go cups. Wanted to pay with cash, server realized there was no money in cash register. Second day, server didn't know how to make coffee. At dinner, there were only a few things to eat from the whole menu because someone forgot to put in the order for restocking of food. Hotel charged my credit card $130 for no reason on top of the $400 hold for two rooms after arriving. Very disorganized. Wont stay there again. Good location/access to other things."
