Absolutely best place to stay. The only thing I do not like is the mattresses are a little too firm for my liking. But overall, wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Was placed in handicap room and didn’t ask fir this type of room. Garbage disposal in room stank. Overall room great. Couldn’t run both tvs due to their location sound was awful. Hallways very very warm but room was great.

This is our second time staying with this hotel. Our family travels A LOT, 3-4 weeks at a time so we’re really well versed in hotels. 😊 we were happy with our stay many months ago, but this time our stay was even better. Thanks for great accommodations!

We chose the priciest hotel in the area, we probably would’ve been better off at a Motel 6. Upon entering the room, there was blood, yes blood, on the curtains, the floor next to the window, and spots on the floor throughout the room. The work out facility was in the next room over, no big deal, except for the fact that every time someone dropped a dumbbell it sounded like the floors above us were dropping bowling balls on the ground. Mind you, it was 10PM and we had our 10 month old baby with us. I’ll take my chance with a motel 6 next time.

Staff was great. Rhonda is a star. Water pressure on 4th floor could be a bit better. Pillows are ok, but could improve. Overall, great value for your money and very clean.

Thanksgiving: Information que les chambres ne seront pas faites (la veille non plus d’ailleurs !) petit déjeuner de 6 à 8h seulement (sans être prévenu la veille) Petit déjeuner réduit , i.e: fruit, jus et œufs pré conditionnés dans boîte en polystyrène ! Il a fallu batailler pour avoir toast et yogourt ! Merci à la réceptionniste !

Not impressed.

Checked in around 2:30…booked a 2 queen suite and was given a king room for 4 people. Changed rooms and had the front desk announce my room number to the lobby TWICE. We left for baseball games and came back at 9pm to my shower mat soaked and pubic hair in my shower. Maintenence told me you’ll be fine no one was in here. front desk worker told me it’s just maintenance slacking. The whole first floor is under construction so everything is a mess. We were so uneasy all night. My 2 small children asked to leave at 9pm and just drive the 3 hours home. The manager was supposed to call me back but…that didn’t happen either.

Pay attention

The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Adequate parking available. Now to things that was not up to your hotel chain standards. The carpet throughout needed to be replaced or deep cleaned. The headboard in our suite was peeling and couch cushions was stained. The elevator broke so we had to sit in the lobby for a while because my mother is unable to walk up steps while waiting for it to be repaired.
