The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isnโt entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when youโre in Bansko out of the season.

โA short walk to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Easy street parking. The room and bathroom was pretty dated, but comfortable. No aircon or fan if visiting in Summer, but the mountain weather kept things cool enough to sleep.โ

โWe (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. โIt was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasnโt really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. โBeautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning. โ

โPredala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing.
Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher.
Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax.
Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time.
