The room and the property were very clean and had all the basic amenities. Check in and out was a breeze. This was definitely a great value for the price paid. The neighborhood isn't great, but if you just need a good, clean, and affordable place to sleep, then I would certainly recommend this Haven Inn.

I chose this hotel b/c of the exceptional rating, the location near family, and the low price. While it is not a high end hotel, it is very well managed. It was clean, quiet and safe, and the staff were courteous and kind. It was more than adequate as a place to sleep during a Thanksgiving visit. Kudos!

The staff was very courteous, respectful and as accommodating as can be. The room was clean, the breakfast was phenomenal and overall the hospitality was amazing. The only cons are there were no working vending machines and the distance from the hotel to any restaurant is fair so maybe someone with a food truck should try to establish a business along that stretch to ease the burden of having to walk a good distance to get to a restaurant.

One of the best accomadations in Houston. I felt very safe and the entire Hotel was clean. The service was 10/10, they even gave me welcome present (water and chips). The breakfast was good and parking was secure the entire day and night.
