糟糕透的住宿體驗
1、一進房廁所馬上飛出一隻台灣大蟑螂到處奔跑。
2、浴缸熱水池放了1個小時水才比較熱。
3、毛巾很臭，味道噁心，從來沒碰過！
整體住宿體驗都很差，連鎖旅館這種品種，糟透了！

不知道是不是分配到比較舊的房型
感覺裝潢有一定的年代略顯陳舊
沒有像照片如同般光鮮亮麗
覺得或許還能有更好的選擇
不過地理位置不錯
一公里就能到新竹火車站
還有附設早餐吧

餐食和備品都還不錯！
只是在住宿環境上，有可以改進的空間。（貴賓房）
1.在床旁邊就是浴缸，還有斜坡往床的方向，水擔心往下流。
2.因為浴室空間沒有區隔，所以非常潮濕，濕氣很重，也有潮味。
3.在房間的乾淨度也可以再加強，尤其是浴缸，不知道是否因為空間的安排，浴缸裡有小污漬。

環境好服務好 但是隔音差
整體不錯，就是隔音很差，對外窗建議用氣密窗，對外門也是，晚上睡覺會一直聽到馬路上的車子來來去去還有旅館內的車子聲，自助吧早餐很好吃 環境很棒

簡單補一下評價
優點：地點方便離城隍廟商圈和燈區不遠，散步可到
缺點：菸味太濃，加上可能是為了要掩蓋菸味的香水味更濃，房間一直處於一種很高壓的味道之中；床尾的沙發上有很明顯的不明汙漬，鋪上浴巾才敢坐
