We have enjoyed our stay & booked another week. Great staff. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds. We’ve stayed at IBIS in Malaysia, Mexico, & Colombia and this is the first one that has balconies. Also this hotel is less than 2 blocks from a very clean & quiet beach front area.

We have stayed for 3 weeks. I initially was staying for 1 week but keep extending it. lol Staff is amazing I love the guard. He is so sweet & full of personality Clean comfortable beds Good water pressure with hot water 2 walking blocks from a clean & quiet beach Walking distance from 2 night markets Quick ride to 2 malls I highly recommend this affordable hotel

Lovely hotel, we enjoyed it very much. Large room and good breakfast. There is access to the beach which is right next to the hotel. My only complaint was that we had ants in the room and on the balcony - the cleaner took care of it every day, but they came back the next day..

We stayed 4 nights and it was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is good, but not over the top. Your within walking distance to a 7/11 and a mini C for daily necessities. You’ll need transportation to get to shopping and downtown. We rented a small scooter and got around ok. There’s a place called Smile Scooter and Laundry a 4 minute walk south from the hotel. 200 Baht for rental a day. As far as the room it was quite small, but adequate. Ibis seems to be in a lot of places we like to go, so we will use them more. They are not too expensive

WE took the family cat with us. Everything worked out ok. No problem at all with that. This is a budget hotel with pretty well managed services. Everything was clean and well organized. The restaurant is a bit average but OK. Parking is sometimes an issue but they have second parking area opposite. So no major issues with that.

We couldn’t make it on our flight to Thailand and tried to reschedule our stay at Ibis Hua Hin but they would not let us reschedule or get a credit for our stay so we lost the total amount we paid for our stay and did not receive any of our money back even though we could not check in. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

Consideration for handicapped Seniors

Stay as to be expected - no consideration for senior or handicap parking - i'm OK with off site parking - but to run across a busy city street as a fresh operated hip replacement - asked if there is a shuttle in PM - reply yes - only the morning the driver for the shuttle did not show up for work - at 10 PM no onsite parking - no Handicapped Parking - only off site - no shuttle - packed up - requested refund of $68.17 at the desk - can not refund - Loaded the car - after car was loaded, clerk came & said, "Oh, you can now park at the red zone in front of the entrance - that was too late - booked with Hotel.com a room for 2 nights.

The property is old and could use some major updates. The assigned me to a room I did not book. I booked a room with one bed and was assigned a room with two twin beds. Not exactly the romantic weekend I signed up for. They also did not have an ironing board or iron. I will not stay there again.
