"They didn't have my reservation or payment from booking with hotels.com (who promptly helped me resolve the issue and refunded me). Hotel is a decent, no frills, type place. Nobody speaks English, which is neither here nor there but good to know ahead of time. The staff was nice and the breakfast was made to order. "
