衛浴設備陳舊，有螞蟻，下午4：30仍不知道我們要入住，才開始打掃。後更換房間加費1200.

原訂房間浴室牆壁磁磚脫落，換到一樓房後水壓很小，大廳擺滿了待售商品，值得推薦的只有戶外的景色

民宿裡面陳設凌亂，屋內沒有服務人員。 房間隔音很差，裝潢老舊沒有維護，馬桶一沖水有很大怪異的聲音。 屋內不滿意，早餐好吃。屋外的鵝和鴨子很好玩，草坪也很讚。下次不會再住這家了

這是我住過最貴也最爛的民宿 當然不會跟飯店相比 但同等都是民宿來說 這間民宿品質真的很糟糕 房內沒冰箱沒半瓶水 晚上要洗澡泡澡沒熱水 打電話反應沒得到任何回應跟處理結果

大開眼界的住宿體驗

雲山水是個很美的地方，以前就有來過，一直很想來住一晚。周遭環境很棒，住房有個大草皮可以使用，很悠閒。 但是老闆實在太臭屁了，自吹自擂自家的產品無可厚非，但是吃早餐時，看到人家的相機擺在桌上，就拿手機過來嗆聲說「信不信我的手機拍的比你厲害」，洋洋得意的在獻寶，讓人不敢恭維。 攝影本無高低之分，美感在每個人心中都有不同的詮釋，更何況我們的相機隨便都可以買你十台手機了，不想跟你爭執是因為層次不同，白眼翻到後腦杓只想快快走人。 很遺憾你住在這麼美的地方，卻沒有一顆一樣美的心，會嗆房客的民宿主人我還是第一次看到，算是大開眼界了。我會跟所有朋友說，雲山水還是很棒，但是要避開雲山水這間民宿的。我們是來住房享受美景，不是來跟主人吵架的。

住一次就夠了

環境不夠整潔，進門口處髒亂，大廳堆了很多要販售的商品，雜亂無章，辦理入住服務的阿姨、管家不夠親切，第二天的早餐也是做的馬虎，實在不值這個價錢，只有屋前的草坪可以稱得上不錯
