“The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.”

“When we arrived at 3;30 workers were banging and drilling to change door locks in Delameter House. When we returned at 8pm, we couldn’t get the key to work in our door.
