If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

Good choice in the heart of Madrid

The overall experience was good! Felt very safe with extra security to enter the lobby area. The room was very modern & nice; except from some hairs in the bathroom, but the rest of the room seemed cleaned. The phone in the room never worked, front desk was notified, but wasn’t replaced.

The facility was pretty old, which surprised me, but in a good way! It was quiet and there’s a bus stop right in front so getting around was pretty easy!

I love that this hotel is situated in a nice part of town away from the hustle and bustle ofthe city. Very clean and beautiful hotel
