Staff were not very helpful and did everything possible to not provide transfer to airport. They didn’t seem like they wanted to do any work. Surrounding area was dirty, filled with trash, and cramped. Nothing at all like what was showing pictures or described."

"The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called Expedia and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from Expedia, they were somewhat convinced. I literally had to hide from these folks till the Expedia...

"We didnt really enjoy staying at this hotel at all. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff. There was no ambience at all - you feel like you are walking into an abandoned room. Simple changes would really lift this hotel - - staff that smile, laugh & are happy. - Our room needed a deep clean - there was mould growing on the bathroom glass. - Some minor repairs & maintenance to doors. - at least add some flowers to the tables or placemats & play some soft music so people feel...
