"Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities.
Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva).
Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable.
If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day."

"The room was outdated, but mostly very clean. There was some sort of bug that kept making an appearance in the fridge cabinet. The WiFi was terrible. When we checked in there was no explanation about the room charge maximum and we were told when getting drinks one day that we couldn't charge to the room until we fixed. The "bracelets" served no purpose other than opening our door. We never tapped it on anything else. And they were bulky and not attractive."

"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"
