The staff was very supportive. Needed to have two suitcases stored for a week while we were on a cruise. They kept them and kept them safe. Very appreciated

The Breakfast Service Crew was so helpful and kind. The front desk staff was the best I have seen in a long time, asking questions to help make my stay better.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. ...

Everything was nice except the pillows, if you can even call them that. Pillows should be trashed.

The room was ok. It was missing chairs to sit. Room needed an overall inspection. Staff was friendly and courteous. Not sure if it was time of the year (Jan) but the room was either to cold or to humid.

Nothing really outstanding about Humble, just close enough to Houston without the major traffic hassle.
I went straight to my room and stayed there until I checked out. I didn’t want to expose anyone if I was carrying the virus.
It is right next to the Houston International Airport. I didn't use it, but it looked like there was shuttle service offered from the hotel.
Just went there to catch an early flight
It is good area to whomever like to stay near the airport.
