“I have stayed at the Green Mountain Inn several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly. A nice touch is tea time every afternoon - our kids love it and so do we! The pool is beautiful especially with the two fire pits near by. The Whip has great food and atmosphere. Will continue to stay here anytime I go to Stowe. The only suggestion I have for them is to upgrade the WiFi. Still 5 stars!! Love the GMI!!!”

Our kids especially loved the game room and the pool, and they had so much fun exploring the stream and walking path just outside the hotel—they didn’t want to leave! “We had a wonderful stay at Talta Lodge. The grounds were beautiful, and the river was a peaceful place to relax. The complimentary morning coffee was a great way to start each day. “This place is a hidden gem. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. Our air conditioning worked just great ( in fact it got so cool at night that we had to shut the ac off in the morning).
