“We arrived after midnight for an overnight family stay before an early ferry from Dover. Our 6 year old promptly threw up in reception but the chap checking us in was amazing. We tried to clean up but he insisted he would do it and despite being mortified he made us feel welcome. For what we paid, the hotel was comfortable, 2 large king beds, very clean, good staff and easy location. Would definitely stay again.”

“Very clean and cozy place but if you don’t have a car or a friend who could give you a ride it’s better to use a hotel in the central village. If you drive this is the hotel. Its swimming pool is very nice as well as its garden. ”

We asked at reception what time Breakfast was open the following morning for the August Bank Holiday Monday as we needs to set off early. We were told 6.30am so planned around that only to be told next morning at the restaurant it was 7.30am which messed up our travel plans. ”
