Everything was perfect, very good service, lots of great food varieties are great tasty options, beach is awesome, sandy and clear water, clean resort, i would definitely recommend it, 5 stars. I would recommend that the soda, pepsi and coca cola be offered in a machine as a self service too, instead of chasing the waiter for it at dinner time 😊

The Grand Resort Review I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Grand Resort! Everything was perfect, from the excellent services and facilities to the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. The resort is very well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and all the facilities were great. The staff were one of the best parts of my stay — everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Everything was well organized, and the service was consistently excellent throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed every moment and felt very comfortable and welcomed. A big thank you to the entire team at The Grand Resort for making my stay such a wonderful experience Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to go to Hurghada. No regrets to have selected this all inclusive hotel among many more in that area. Since the first time I arrived to the property, I received a very warm welcome. Even I arrived before the check in, the front desk gave me a very nice room with a beautiful swimming pool view. Employees are very kind, willing to help with everything. The beach is beautiful, the hotel property at all is clean and beautiful. I was a single traveler, but now I return home with many worldwide friends. So, people, book in this hotel for your Hurghada vacations. Its an outstanding place to stay either with family, friends or alone, because you will meet new people.

When I was booking the hotel I was reading the reviews, a lot commented on it wasn't clean and not good food etc. The hotel although being a bit older than some of the hotels we have stayed in in hurghada, (and that's a quite lot as we lived here 15 years) I have to say it's one of the cleanest hotels we have been in Inc the beach toilets etc, All swimming pools clean, rooms were very clean. The food was excellent, tasty with plenty of choice, and most of the staff were very helpful. The only negative I would say to is make it a bit clearer, what food and drinks were all inclusive, and where you could and could not eat on the all inclusive. Especially the beach restaurant that stops at 3 pm,would be nice both until 5 pm. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and we will definaltely stay again.

Great resort ***for the price***. Staff is great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. If you decide to stay here, you will enjoy it, and you'll be glad you did, especially when you look at what you didn't spend at a more expensive resort. Also, the immediate area is very walkable and quite pleasant. Easy access to pharmacies, Carrefour, and the usual resort clothing/souvenir shops. That said, maintainance/upkeep is a bit of an issue. "Weardownables" like towels, sheets, the poolside chaise lounge pads...all seem old and in need of replacement. Our biggest issue was the lack of variety at the main restaurants. You can make a reservation at the small restaurant venues in the resort (some have an upcharge) but the two main restaurants pretty much serve the same stuff every day, and it's not particularly tasty. After the first four days, we found ourselves going into Hurghada to other restaurants. Hurghada isnt expensive and it's close by Uber, so this wasn't a huge issue; just saying you're not going to get cruise ship variety and quality here.

We stayed at the grand resort for a week in all inclusive. The place is absolutely magnificent with a local /oriental architecture. The gardens intertwined with the pools are so relaxing and magical looking especially at night with all the lights. It is rather refreshing to see that, as mauresque architecture is stunning. The Food: Since we had the all inclusive ‘upgraded’ we had the ability to access most restaurants which offered different type of cuisines and we were also glad to try the camel meat in a romantic dinner (around 20€ PP). However the 2 main buffet restaurants mahara and marrakech were really great offering a wide variety of foods, always fresh and delicious. The pools are very clean and well maintained. We always found a couple of lounge beds (in May) when coming at noontime, either some empty or the lifeguard would kindly put some for us. Access to the beach was easy via the resort pedestrian bridge. Staff were very lovely and helpful . Always there to assist with our needs , Chefs and servers really took care of us which felt very pleasant which made our stay very stress free. Housekeeping was spotless and made with extra care and attention to detail, thanks to Mobarak on the on the 5th floor. Overall the hotel is well maintained (new locks for ex) but one thing as the next improvement would be the pillows (in our room), but we were lazy to ask the reception for better ones. Definitely recommend this hotel, and we will for sure visit again!
