"The airport shuttle was easy to call and schedule. I wasn't expecting to stay at the Ritz, but typically I view a Doubletree as a solid property to stay at, better than a comfort inn. Every Doubletree I stayed at prior was always clean and well maintained. this one was a bit beat. While the staff was friendly and the bed/pillows were comfortable, the room showed signs of not being clean. There was a booger like substance on the desk chair, there were dirt marks of some sort at the bottom of all the furniture in the room. The bathroom ceiling was wrecked, as if there was a leak and it was very poorly patched. Some of the fixtures were starting to show their age with a bit of rust. The curtains were filthy, stains all over them. This property needs a good deep cleaning and a bit of a refresh overall to get up to the doubletree standard I usually see in other locations."

"The airport shuttle was prompt but the driver confusing about which Hyatt I was going to, insisting that I tell her what phone number I called for a ride. The staff from all 3 shifts that i encountered were overall “indifferent”. I needed help with my luggage and there was no one to assist. I could accept that at night but in the daytime at check out that was ridiculous. I was told that housekeeping would normally help, but they weren’t available. I am disabled so it was a struggle for me to get my bags on the cart and down to the lobby as I waited for my ride. I had asked for a late check out but was denied only after they asked my room number and my name - hmmm. I saw a housekeeper as I was retrieving a cart so I asked the front desk clerk if that housekeeper could help me with my luggage and she said “No, they are all on lunch break.” (So if they were all at lunch, then they weren’t cleaning rooms so why couldn’t I have a late check out?). Breakfast was very disappointing. I was really looking forward to breakfast since I had stayed in a Hyatt Place only one other time, in Atlanta, and it was really great. This breakfast did not compare. "

"Room not very clean. Breakfast area furniture in very poor condition. Floor tiles cracked in multiple areas. "

"Internet was great, staff was pretty okay but a little rude off the rip. I want to reiterate that the gym and the hot tub were both disappointing. The gym was smaller than a king size room and the hot tub was broken. Tons of kids running around everywhere and the elevators were horrible to try and get up and down. The space was clean, shower was nice, people were friendly, they offered breakfast and evening food for guests which is really great and the staff seemed cheery about giving to the guests. Overall I'd stay here again. "
