“Very nice rooms and kind staff. Far from central hua hin and not too walkable area but use Grab and you'll be fine. No restaurant thus no breakfast but there is an ok place right across the street and 7eleven next door. About 12min walk there is a lovely italian restaurant called Pane and foccacia, highly recommend. If you are traveling as a couple and want to sleep next to each other, don't order twin beds. “Great place to stay, clean, well equipped and maintained. It has everything you need for an extended stay.The place is a bit away from the Hua Hin center but can be easily accessed by taxi or a motorbike. Plenty of restaurants, stores and laundry within short walking distance. There is a very charming coffee shop with next to a fish pond on site The owner speaks perfect English and was extremely helpful in navigating the local scene (taxis, tours, rentals etc).
