โThis property is gorgeous! The rooms were so sleek and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower heads were great also! We enjoyed a nice drink at the bar in the evening. My only complaint was that the thermostats were confusing and the room was very warm. โ
โรrmรณt Guesthouse was a perfect place for our first night in Iceland. There was 3 of us travelling and we each had our own room in the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed with a bonus view of the horse fields. The area was quiet and all instructions for entering the self check in cabin were clear. We would definitely stay here again in the future. โ
โIt was fun to camp as a family in the large tent. The heater and electric blankets were perfect for a cold rainy night. Wishing we could have parked next to the tent, due to all the rain. The summer light filled night lit the way for the walk to the bathroom. The family owners were friendly and accommodating (and generous to supply us with milk after it disappeared from the fridge.) Glamping is the way to go for tent camping. โ
โThey were very kind and accommodating since I had messed up my booking for the hotel. I needed to stay there on July 6th, but didnโt actually book it until July 7th. When we got there I realized my error. I was so worried about having to find another hotel, but they found a room for me and my family and we made do. They directed us to a nice place to eat and it all worked out well. We thank them for their help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. โ
โWe stayed in one of the cabins bc it could accommodate our family of five. It was very helpful to have a kitchen (made breakfast in the morning) and the set up of the cabin was convenient for our family. Staff was very friendly and helpful, too!โ
โOur stay at Jakobโs Old Farmhouse was truly unforgettable. What theyโve done with the old farmhouse is absolutely stunningโthe blend of rustic charm and modern comfort created such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtful and authentic, and it was clear a lot of care went into preserving the farmhouseโs character.

โThis hotel was fantastic. We loved it. Food was wonderful and they were very accommodating with our food allergies and vegetarianism. The owner is lovely too. Only complaint is that even with a fan the rooms are very warm, but that seems to be the case in all the hotels here. โ
