"동탄 사업단지 내에 있는 호텔인데 비지니스 호텔이라고 보기 어려운 실내 디자인을 갖추고 있습니다 내부만 보면 모텔에 가깝습니다 시트나 수건, 룸 내에 냄세 등 관리가 미흡한 면이 느껴집니다 직원분들은 모두 친절하세요 주차는 기계식 주차라서 차 빼려면 미리미리 말해놓아야 합니다 서비스 친절도에 비해 청결이 매우 아쉽고 그래서 재방문은 어려울 것 같아요"

"Super convenient to the event at the Sintek Convention Center. Hotel was overall quite nice and up to date. My room was obviously older and in some need of updating, but not so much that it effected my overall experience. Breakfast the next morning was a nice mix of traditional Korean offerings and typical American cuisine. I would 100% stay there again."

"The property is little old but it’s maintained well and clean. All the stores and restaurants are very close by within walking distance. They serve continental breakfast but it’s just average, they can improve on this with more quality options. The other con I see is it’s next to busy intersection, so you will hear traffic sounds. The staff is very polite and know English which was helpful for me."

"Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay. "
