"We got our booking confirmed but never got lock box access or instructions nor replies for text messages and telephone number never worked even weekdays. We had to find different place to stay for convention period. So we never checked in and looks like it was not charged but it was extremely inconvenient and stressful. I don’t know why they list at all if they don’t have service to offer"
