"Room was decent, staff were amazing. Heated my meals up on request, let me check out late after flights delayed and did their best to make my stay pleasant "
"All'arrivo non era presente nessuno. Un' ora di attesa. La camera per non fumatori puzzava terribilmente di fumo ma non è stato possibile cambiarla in quanto dopo aver ricevuto la chiave la receptionist è sparita fino al giorno dopo. Non vi era mai nessuno. Non vi era carta igenica, ho dovuto prenderla dal carrello dell'addetto alle pulizie abbandonato in corridoio. Non è un hotel ma un love motel dove i coreani vanno in affitto a ore per copulare infatti il kit di venvenuto in stanza consisteva...
"Toilet design poor as water splashes outside the bath tub while showering. Bed was quite hard. Overall cleanliness was not desired. Did not have large towels for bathing, gave small towels instead. Staff was nice and spoke English. Location was good, in between a happening area with lots of restaurants and the train station. "

"The property was very clean and a happy place at the cafe. We had a wonderful 24 days stay due to Harry and his awesome staff. The gym and laundry facilities were great amenities to have available. We would return and highly recommend to our families and friends to stay at this hotel. Thank you Harry for your caring, kindness, responsible, and professionalism to make our stay comfortable and wonderful stay."
"Enjoyed our stay.very clean and quiet property, rooms are a bit small but that’s common in Korea. First time in South Korea and this hotel is very convenient and very affordable compare to some other hotels. Subway station is about a 5 minute walk and lots of food around the area. There is also airport shuttle that goes directly to Incheon international airport and cost about 17000 kwon per person much better than taxi. Highly recommend. "
"Me and my friend had a very pleasant stay at the Shilla Stay Guro. Big shoutout to the front desk for their top tier service especially Saemi. The room was always clean and the hotel well located with easy access to public transportation. I loved the minimalist design of the room and common spaces."
