The staff, especially Stephanie, was fantastic. We were late to check in and were greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. We were assisted in ordering in food and were offered breakfast before our very early morning check-out.
The hotel is a quiet and peaceful alternative to staying right in Huacachina.
Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant just meters away. About a 10 minute walk to the oasis. Hotel looks new and very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood.
What a little gem. Very clean. Staff is fantastic. Area is super quiet. Prices is very reasonable. Love the place. I’m surprised more people weren’t staying here.
Definitely away from a lot of noisy areas. We liked that. A short walk to Huacachina Oasis. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts consisted of freshly made scrambled eggs and ham, orange juice and coffee. We would definitely stay again.
The staff was extraordinarily nice and very willing to help with anything. The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest, although, that just is what it is. The location was very close to Huacachina, which was very convenient. We were advised to be back by dark. The hotel itself was very cute and had a trendy, boutique-style to it.
I have to say this was an unforgettable experience at the estancia hotel amazing service! the girls at the desk performed above and beyond. We purchased a tour package trough them and this was one of the best experiences so far, I would come back to this cute little piece of heaven and totally recommend it to my family and friends.
To start off the sliding door didn't slide, in fact I had a hard time getting my bag out. I had to be up at 5 am and the hotel played loud music till at least 10 pm. Then music played all night long, from a bar or? I even recorded a video at 6 am. I am not a teenager and chose to stay a La Estancia in Ica instead of Huacachina which is known as a party town. Boy was I wrong. The room didn't have any reading lights, well bright ceiling lights, I had to get out of bed to flip the switch. No hairdryer, every other place I have stayed in Peru has had 1. They were going to make breakfast early for me, my driver was picking me up at 6:30 am. I went out at 6, he was there and I said get me out of here. Music was still going. To add insult to injury a man working for the hotel came running out saying I owed 5 soles for a bottle of water, I had paid for. He went in to make sure, and waved us on when he realized I HAD paid.
It is a beautiful hotel in the outside area. In my room.... well... for the area it wasn't cheap, and I wasn't just disappointed, I was pissed.

Disliked: Staff & service
Poor service and a disappointing stay.
The staff wasn't friendly at all and acted as if we were a bother whenever we asked anything. Never a smile or friendly greeting. Only one other room was occupied so they weren't too busy to be kind. Breakfast was very poor. Just some scrambled eggs and a bread roll with jam. To drink you got 1 glas of cheap juice and barely drinkable coffee. We asked about dinner at the restaurant and again we were treated as if we were a great pain. The women dugg around in the freezer and told us we could have pesto pasta with some chicken. So while it says there is a restaurant on site, this really isn't the case. When it was time to leave we asked for a taxi and 20 minutes later a tiny car showed up with a sub woofer in the trunk. The women ar the front desk was annoyed with us when we said we couldn't fit 3 people and our luggage in this tiny car with no trunk space. She hadn't told the taxi company there were 3 of us with luggage. It then took another 20 minutes for a bigger taxi to arrive. Overal just poor service and a disappointing stay.
