"Great location. This is an older property and could do with some upgrading, but the grounds were well kept, the room was cool and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a free shuttle stop right behind the inn that travels to down town Manitou Springs and another that travels to Colorado Springs. Very convenient for taking in local sights without having to worry about finding parking or paying additional fees."
