"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. "The staff were not too helpful or engaged. Check on was not great. Rooms are small and clean but only cleaned every 3 days. Fresh towels given each day. Breakfast was awesome but again small area with a wait time aroubd 8.30. There was no communication around this just a note stuck up when we went down."
