Clean and pleasant check in. Breakfast was the lowest quality food money can buy. Other than that it was fine, but it seemed overpriced for what it was.
Comfort Suites Idaho Falls was excellent! The service was vey friendly, and it was fast. The hotel is in walking distance from downtown. There was a farmerโs market on Saturday, when we first arrived! It was awesome! Our balcony looked right over the river and we saw the most beautiful sunrises.
The room was spacious with lots of extra conveniences like charging station on the wall, coat hooks, nice big desk, night stand on both sides of one bed, separate area for fridge/food, and the balcony with comfy chairs. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in.
Dirty. Me and my daughter got bitten by spiders while we slept. Killed a spider in the twelve hours we were there. Extremely dirty. Stairwell full of spider webs and mouse droppings. Make up on the walls. Pull out bed covered in crumbs. Black hairs in the bath tub from previous tenants. Sink drains slow. I could go on and on.
The room was wonderfulโlarge and clean. The balcony overlooking the river and park was lovely. However, the sliding glass door to the balcony was hard to open and close and in need of maintenance. There were areas in the hotel needing some TLC as well. Included breakfast was adequate and tasty. There is a Chiliโs just across the street.
We didnโt stay here! We tried to get somebody on the phone because our airline canceled our flight and we couldnโt get anybody on the phone nor could Expedia. Terrible customer service they never replied to emails.
Always my go to stay when in Idaho Falls. A room in the tower facing the river and with a big balcony is amazing.

Bed was uncomfortable, one hand towel had another persons long black hair on it ! The noise of doors banging from the hall! Light shining under the door !
The remodel made this hotel fresh and nice. Beds are comfy and absolutely love being right along the greenbelt and river. The staff was very friendly and even remembered our family from our last stay.

The rooms are spacious, but ours wasnโt clean. One of my kids cut his hand on broken glass that was on the couch. And only one elevator worked.
Love this hotel, the breakfast is always awesome, staff is friendly, beautiful views of the river. My only wish is that there were fans in the bathrooms bc they have a shower and toilet and no fan, it's a bummer
Room was not clean, particularly the bathroom and the balcony which was plastered in bird feces on the floor, seats and table, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was built. We booked as the room fit 5 people but they didn't have bedding/pillows for the sofa bed so only comfortable for 4. Front desk said it was normal. Breakfast was rough, only stayed here as it was freedom celebration weekend and only option, so they reamed us on the price too.
Decent place, newly renovated. But completely ignored the patios. Full of bird droppings, you could not even walk outside onto the patio it is so dirty. And so is the sliding door.
Old building but a nice location facing the river, police patrol the street and parking at mid of the night. The bathroom is bigger than most other hotels, which is a big plus.
Loved our stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location right next to the Idaho Falls River Walk. Our room had a gorgeous view and we got many beautiful pics right from the balcony! Had a great dinner at Snow Eagle Brewing and Grill and then walked up and down the river walk. Breakfast in the morning offered many options. Would highly recommend a stay here!!
