"Horrible check-in experience. Insisted on seeing an authorisation to allow me to stay at the hotel with my own son - not happened in any of the other 50 hotels we have stayed in in Brazil over the last 7 years, terrible discrimination that's hard to understand why."

"Very good location. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. I stayed there 4 nights with my family (2 kids and 2 adults). Everyone was comfortable in the studio. I recommend this hotel for sure!"

"DO NOT GET THE LAUNDRY SERVICE DONE HERE !! Furious to find the laundry we got done here with the service which was a half a sack as we are on the road for a few weeks was not even dry let alone folded, half wet and half dry just thrown into the bag. When trying to tell reception they just shrugged their shoulders at me. Overall the hotel ok I expected better, the pool is ok but on the highway and facing the service station. Guy working in the bar area in the day super rude and seems he doesn’t...

"A equipe do hotel é comprometida com o bem estar dos hóspedes e fazem o possível para a comodidade e bem estar. O café da manhã é excelente para o estilo buffet brasileiro. Por outro lado, as instalações do hotel precisam de urgente atenção. São paredes sujas, com mofo, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e em mau estado de conservação. Eu não me.hospedaria novamente, a não ser que fossem melhorados os pontos negativos."

"O hotel é excelente, recomendo para quem quiser passar as férias, o breakfast e muito bom tem de tudo, o quarto é bem limpo e cheiroso, fica de frente a praia, perto do shopping, restaurante, barzinhos, manicure etc"

"This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk"
