Great stay in this lovely Hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is super friendly and some of them at the reception area speak English. The room was clean and quite big. It’s location to the historic center is great if you don’t have a car. Tour agencies, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. As well as several beaches. Breakfast was really good and at my departure day I could stay at their terrace/pool area after check out. I can highlighly recommend this hotel.

PRÓS e CONTRAS

PRÓS: Hotel bem localizado perto do centrinho fizemos tudo caminhando. Estadia boa, apartamento limpo bem confortável, bom chuveiro, café da manhã bom poderia ser melhor, não utilizei serviço de piscina e sauna por isso não vou opinar. CONTRAS: Estacionamento complicado o hospede tem que deixar a chave para eles ficarem manejando os carros, já não gostei pois quando fui entrar no carro freio de mão puxaram até o teto danificando o mesmo. Todos os funcionários educados e atenciosos exceto um rapaz que fica durante o dia na recepção atendendo com cara fechada e extremamente seco ao responder perguntas. Resumindo diaria cara de hotel 4 estrelas para um hotel de 3 estrelas.

A minha experiência foi muito boa ótima localização, os quartos bem confortáveis e limpos, os espaços comunitário bem confortável. O que o hotel peca é a falta de placas nos corredores dos quarto indicando silêncio. Pois nos corredores tinha crianças brincando e gritando batendo nas portas, teve um episódio de tarde e um de Manhã não era nem 8 horas da manhã e as crianças gritando nos corredores isso tirou um pouco do conforto não conseguíamos descansar nem a tarde e nem dormi um pouco mais tarde. Essa crítica é mais como uma sugestão o hotel não tem culpa de pais que não conseguem controlar seus filhos.

Bom e bem localizado

Hotel bom, um pouco antigo. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma varanda mas a lâmpada estava queimada. Reclamei e disseram que a manutenção só está lá de seg a sexta. O hotel é bem limpo, principalmente o quarto. A piscina estava turva e a água verde nos 2 dias que estive lá. Tive um problema pessoal durante minha estadia e o pessoal do hotel me deu total suporte. Destaque pra Marina da recepção. Obrigada !

Hotel com boa aparência. Café da manhã gostoso. Porém, a limpeza do quarto não estava tão boa, frigobar sem funcionar e a cama era muito ruim (o colchão parecia estar quebrado). Pelo preço, não vale a pena.

Muito positiva a experiência, boas acomodações e pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo no hotel. O único ponto não-positivo não diz respeito ao hotel diretamente mas ao entorno, há bares com música muito alta nas redondezas, até a madrugada.

De bom só a localização

Localização perfeita, atendimento ótimo, porém hotel precisa de uma reforma. Reservei o quarto Superior e fiquei em um quarto comum que precisa urgentemente de reforma, estado de conservação está muito ruim. A noite tivemos uma visita inesperada, UMA BARATA GIGANTE, precisa de dedetização. Café da manhã é bom. Tentamos usar o bar da piscina, mas estava fechado em pleno sábado às 13hs. Pelo valor cobrado esperava muito mais.

Maravilhoso

Minha experiência foi maravilhosa. O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto das ruas principais do centro e por ter sempre muito trânsito na ilha, isso ajuda demais. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e com um ótimo café da manhã. Equipe muito solicita e educada. A gerente do hotel foi muito simpática e nos recebeu muito bem. Chegamos antes do horário e ela liberou os quartos, pois estavam vagos. Foi muito atenciosa com todos.

Ilhabela - Ótima localização

Estive com a família em Ilhabela no feriado de 12 de outubro e o Fita Azul foi uma grata surpresa. Muito bem localizado, ao lado do centro e do Yacht Club, o hotel vale o custo benefício. Recomendo fortemente!
