Parador de Baionia is magical! We loved it! Our original room was an interior one but a request to the desk moved us to a magnificent sea view with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks lulling me to sleep. We had lunch when we arrived and didn't want a large dinner so a plate of assorted cheeses and a few glasses of white wine was a perfect end to the day. Be sure to walk the sea walls and look out over the islands. Beautiful!

Great hotel. Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast buffet on 7th floor, looking out to harbor, great service at front desk. The top floor was also a good place to go to get a drink at night and see the sunset. Front desk staff were very helpful to us, arranging services that I think went above and beyond what we expected. The only problem with this spot was that we could only stay two nights! What a fantastic place, hard to describe the charm and coziness and stylishness, but suffice it to say I've stayed in fab hotels and resorts all over the world and among small hotels this is as good as or better than any.
