The communication between HuboMoto (the company that manages the reservation), and the property was inefficient. HuboMoto did not send my information to the property until the last minute. I texted and no reponse from them. Maui, the front desk staff, was able to get a hold of them and she let me use her phone to speak with them. The HuboMoto representative did not seem to have an idea of my reservation and asked me to resend the information, which I already completed in advance. The unit that was on my reservation was in a different condo. There was no instruction on how to turn on the power in the unit and I had to call HuboMoto to ask for guidance. Additionally, if guests had visitors, they had to provide their visitors' information and ID prior to them visiting, which I feel is too burdensome. In other places, if guests have visitors, they do not need to report it. This seems rather strict for a hotel setup. The staff were very helpful and I appreciated their patience.
Aside from the check-in process, the place was clean, but had ants, the toilet backed up and I had to use a bucket to flush, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for a four day stay.
