"Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. My room sit right below 5th floor where the communal area was. I was forced to stay awake because the sound of dragging chairs continued through the night. Also the shower room has enough cubicles but can't really say it was always clean. But considering the location and lovely staff, the overall experience was generally okay. Especially when you want to stay away from the chaos and noise of Tenjin area, this accommodation is a good option."
