I had trouble turning on the AC and the staff went in person and helped me with that. He also helped me find a converter to use for charging. There were also many local bistros and restaurants located near the hotel so it’s very convenient to stroll around and explore. "

Yes, occasionally you can hear the noise from the trains, but it’s not too bothersome. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The local area was fantastic for a variety of local restaurants and shops. Excellent transport links to Seoul, two minute walk for both bus and train services."
