"Carpets in the corridor could use a refresh soon. Rooms were maintained well however we did need a plumber everyday to help with the toilet blockage. They were prompt, like plumber was at the room within 2 mins and problem resolved within 10. Might reconsider when coming to beijing again, unsure if I'd stay again - but its worth the price."

"We were traveling as a family of five, two teenagers and a child so we had to book the room with two bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and my son had a great time. We didn’t use the gym or spa. The laundry in the room was super convenient, but the dryer didn’t dry as effectively as we are used to, but it was good to have the option. The room was always stocked with water, which was nice. The front desk staff are friendly. We had visited their lounge, which was very nice to unwind after a very long day. I thought that the location was close to dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a great time at this luxurious hotel."
