Great location and hotel! Amazing views from the balcony! Brand new spa with 4 saunas. Included in reservation summer cards were a great surprise and let us explored Pitztal. Breakfast needs to be improve not many options, specially for hot food.

Die Apartments sind sehr gross und konfortabel. Das ganze Haus wirkt neu renoviert, sauber und aufgeräumt, besonders auch der Wellness-Bereich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das italienische Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Familiengeführtes Skihotel mit wohlfühlgarantie

Gute Lage zum Skigebiet, Zimmer gepflegt und sehr sauber! Essen was immer sehr lecker, junges Serviceteam welches noch zusammenwachsen muss, aber unter der Anleitung des Junior-Chefs, René, wird das sicher in ein paar Wochen klappen. Wellness Bereich groß und schön, Massage hat sehr gut getan, nach einem Tag auf der Skipiste, sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Tolles Haus, super Service, hervorragendes Essen!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, es hat uns super gefallen. Der Service war großartig, toller Saunabereich. Die Jause, das Frühstück und das Abendmenü waren klasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten! Immer gerne wieder!

Meine Erwartungen wurden eher übertroffen. Zimmer sauber und schöner als auf Fotos. Essen auch super. Wer Sauna mag, kommt hier auch voll auf seine Kosten. Im Service ist noch etwas Nachholbedarf, aber dafür, dass der Besitzer kurz vor unserer Anreise gewechselt hatte, samt kompletter Belegschaft, war das sehr ordentlich. Ein paar Dinge sind am Hotel noch zu renovieren, aber da sind Sie schon dabei. Ich war sehr glücklich hier gebucht zu haben - und meine Ansprüche sind schon recht hoch. Zum Skifahren am Hochzeiger ist das hier die Location No. 1 !

Easter weekend end of season

The good thing was, at the end of winter season the hotel was not fully booked - but the service was also close to the end. No pencake in the morning and the temporary stuff wanted to go home asap every morning what the guets feel. At the end we got a price reduction what the bad service made bet.

Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet! Scheinbar wird an der Rezeption angefangen auf "modernen Alpenstyle" umzubauen. Das tut auch Not! Service freundlich, Abendmenü gut, Parken kostenlos...

Wir waren an einem verlängerten Wochenende zum Motorrad fahren in Jenzens.In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nicht viele Strecken zum fahren, aber für ein Wochenende, war es voll in Ordnung. Am Abend konnte man gut im Pool und den Saunen entspannen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Minibar nicht befüllt, aber im großen und ganzen waren wir voll zufrieden gewesen.

so naja - leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück in Bio

Der Zimmerboden war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Tote Mücken vor dem Fenster und vertrocknete Falter im Gang. Ein leerer Früchtekorb mit vertrockneten Blätterresten und ohne weiteren Inhalt begrüßte uns. Die Superior Zimmer sind frisch renoviert - aber die ältere Bausubstanz des Hotels ist leider klar zu erkennen. Die Fenster zum Beispiel wurden nur überstrichen und nicht erneuert. Es wirkt auch in vielen Ecken altbacken (Keller im Übergang zum Mini Schwimmbad) und auch das Treppenhaus ist nicht wirklich einladend. Ich würde das Hotel wenn überhaupt nur noch wegen der herausragenden Bio Küche besuchen. Das Abendessen war überragend lecker und das Frühstück toll. Das Ambieten im Zimmer ist leider nicht sehr einladen und auch die Bettwäsche und Bettwaren sind nicht so gemütlich und wertig wie das Bett selbst.

A friendly, welcoming hotel

This hotel was lovely and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, right from the warm welcome with a glass of prosecco on arrival through to the goodbye with a little gift to take away. The food was excellent in the evening, and the breakfast and afternoon buffet offerings were also plentiful. The wellness area was excellent quality and despite the swimming pool being a little small and a touch too cool for my liking, it was great to be able to take a dip and admire the amazing views outside. The location was excellent, it is pretty much at the end of the car parking area for the Hochzeiger gondola and a free shuttle bus runs regularly from outside the hotel to the bottom of the lift and back. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely return!

Wunderschönes Hotel in den Bergen

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren begeistert von dem Angebot. Neben dem Frühstück und dem 5-Gänge Abendessen gab es Nachmittags noch die Möglichkeit etwas kleines wie eine Suppe oder Brot und Käse zu bekommen. Dieses Nachmittagsangebot war immer sehr eingeschränkt auf 2-3 Speisen, aber bei der hohen Qualität war das völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten eines der neuen Zimmer in Holz. Es war sehr schön, besonders der Ausblick vom Balkon war bei gutem Wetter beeindruckend. Schade fand ich, dass die Netzwerkdosen im Hotel nicht verkabelt waren. Aber dafür hab ich den Punkt nicht abgezogen. Den Punkt abgezogen habe ich, weil leider bei der Treppe viele Platten locker sind. Da das Hotel gerade erst übernommen wurde, gehe ich davon aus, dass dies in nächster zeit gemacht wird. :) LG Johann & Rebekka

Schöne Tage im Hotel Tirol 360°

Gut gelegenes Hotel (Nähe Bergbahnen). Sehr gutes Essen! Freundliches Personal und schöner Wellness - Bereich. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Angenehmer Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer gebucht und waren sehr positiv von der Zimmergrösse und Lage überrascht. Balkon auf der Südseite und den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Essen war hervorragend, ebenso der Spabereich. Jederzeit gerne wieder
