평가가 안좋아서 그냥 갔는데 주변 모텔보다는 좋은듯 합니다, 기존 시흥관광호텔이 리모델링한것 같습니다. 단 아침식사는 설명도 없고 안되는것 같습니다.

이런 호텔 처음 가봅니다.
호텔 체크인 문의부터 직원 교육이 안됐는지 고객이랑 통화하면서 음...아...이러고 있고 도착해서도 조식관련 설명도 없어서 내려가서 물어봤어요.프론트 전화가 자기전화인가?내려가서도 통화중이였습니다. 그냥 이 가격대 호텔이구나 했습니다. 객실은 솔직히 마음에 들었고 호텔내부는 나쁘지 않았으나 직원들 교육상태가 모텔수준에 시설관리는 0점 주차장가보시면 알겠지만 주차자리에 쓰레기로 어지럽고 25일 체크아웃 할때 배관천정에서 떨어진 시멘트 누수로 차에 묻어서 호텔측에 여러번 전화하고 연락도 안되고 1330전화해서 3일만에 전화와선 해결됐다고 보고하고 저희같이 힘없고 없는 사람은 8만원의 서비스만 이용하는 건가보네요.그리고 오늘 황당한건 어이없게 본부장이란 사람이 해결됐다고 허위보고나 하고 어이가없네요.우리나라 좋은 숙박 문화를 위해 문체부에서 지원하는 사업같은데. 내국인한테도 이런 서비스와 고객대응 메뉴얼도 없는데 어련하겠나 싶네요.

가격대비 가성비 양호/인바운드 고객이 너무 많음
일단 가격대비 가성비가 좋음... 단, 후론트직원의 성의 없고 기본 예의도 모르는 직원이 문제....ㅠㅠㅠ 외모상으로는 직원이 아니라 부총 또는 총지배인 모습...나이가 좀 들어보임... 피곤에 쩌어 있어 보임.... 한참을 기다리고 있는데도 고객에게 관심이 없음... 오로지 인바운드 가이드에게 미소 날리고 일반고객에게는 별로 관심밖...ㅠㅠㅠ 가이드에게 업무 끝나고 나에게 눈으로 뭐 필요하냐는식으로 ....어이가 없어서 인상을 써 버렸음.... 기본적인 예절을 모르는 듯... 기다린 고객에게 가볍게 "오래 기다렸습니다.무엇을 도와 드릴까요?' 이거 기본 아닌가요? 참 어이가 없네요....
