"You do NOT get what you pay for. The location is okay. The parking is expensive but worth it because you can come and go. The base of our toilet broke. They moved us, but didn’t help or make any effort to make it up to us. The Barrista was nasty and dismissive. On our second day someone woke us up by knocking on the door even tho we had a ‘do not disturb’ tag out. When I said wee were sleeping, he said ‘how are you sleeping when you asked for extra towels?’ (We had not) They gave us one towel each, and those were child-sized, so I get why someone called for more. We booked it for the pool, but it is the size of a bathtub and both the pool and the deck were crammed full of people. I get that things go wrong in hotels. It happens. But HOSPITALITY suggests that they should have tried to make it up to us."
