"The room appeared clean; just don’t look too closely. We had to get down on the carpet to look for an earring and it seems they only clean where you can see. They don’t do any underneath cleaning where you may not see it if you look down. The trundle bed mattress was disgusting full of crumbs and dirt, I guess from people sitting on the couch and it never gets opened or cleaned. We didn’t use it. My granddaughter slept on the couch we made into a bed for her. I put the do not disturb sign on...
