I apologize for your experience at our hotel. I am surprised the associates did not offer to move you to another room when you told them of the condition of the room. I will use your comments as a teachable moment in our daily standup. Unfortunately we cannot assist with moving any reservation to a different hotel using the same method of payment. Each hotel has their own reservation system and they are not interchangeable. Again, I apologize for your experience while staying with us.
