Great location. It was a full apartment with a hybrid loft style bedroom. It had a great view of down town and was like a block and half from city center. Room was new and updated- and above shove in a very cool historic building that looked like the common areas had been restored to its original design while also being new looking:) I’d stay here again for sure!

After filling out the multiple information sheets the code still did not work to get in and it's a nightmare to call and get the code corrected. Get into the room and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. Took 2 days to get that corrected. Then because we had extended for a night prior to arrival, the code didn't work the day where's before we're supposed to leave and one towel for the whole stay. Not worth the so-called value.

I've stayed at multiple CozySuites. I did it because other members of my family were staying there at a discount. My first room with them was awful, their suites on Mass Ave. They border the Rathskellar beer garden, lots of outdoor shows during the weekend. It's crazy loud. I tried to get my room changed, they only had rooms on the same side (but also didn't know this for some reason? I had to walk to the rooms myself to see where they were). Another room, the 2nd bathroom smelled like smoke and they didn't do anything about it. The fridge water/ice wasn't working. They fixed it the 4th and last day I was there, the water had been shut off. Another had a door to the outside, like a motel. I couldn't get back into the parking garage to get to my car without walking to the other side of the building or walking thru the car entry, which had "no pedestrian" signs and I didn't feel comfortable doing that with my stroller. Dish towels hanging on the oven that were dirty, uncomfortable beds, light switches that don't work, lamps missing light bulbs. One of my stays they texted and asked how my first night was and then didnt respond to any of my texts. A cracked plastic dining chair that was dangerous to sit in. Last straw was they cancelled my room 10 minutes after check in time the day I was to arrive (I was en route with my two young children) and said they had flagged me as being fraudulent and wouldnt tell me what happened so I could address whatever it was. Bye Felicia.

The place itself is decent, clean and cozy. A bit if a strange layout with a few stairs in the entrance to the apartment but not a big deal. Host was very responsive and communicative. However, there was no washer or dryer in the place, unlike the photos. Also, the bedroom could use some blackout curtains in the window. Also, it smelled pretty strongly of bleach. But my biggest gripe is that after you reserve the place, you’re required to sign a lengthy agreement that basically allows them to access and use your personal information. I did not appreciate that.

I was really disappointed that upon leaving a security deposit, they also charged a non refundable $30 deposit, which was never disclosed on hotels.com prior to booking. Additionally parking around the hotel was extremely expensive.

It was a nice apartment with a nice kitchen however, the sheets did not smell clean. There was music playing on the street from a restaurant till 12 o’clock every night. Lots of noise coming from the street as well. Cars, honking, etc. Otherwise nice place not sure I’d go there again.
