A brand new hotel .Staff was amazing !Breakfast was always hot and fresh.They take cleaning seriously and you could tell staff is proud to work there .Social hour was a pleasent surprise with drinks and a small meal .They have a laundry room for guest which is a great and free to use .The pool was just right for small children for traceling families .

The building and room were great. At check in they were only able to give our family one key, and breakfast supply was a little low at 9am. It was a busy weekend though. Overall building was great, clean and bright. Would stay again

Clean, great staff, canteen area with many snack choices. Pillows too flat unless you use 2 and with 2, your neck is at a weird angle if you're a side sleeper. Heat was noisy whenever it kicked in. So noisy that it kept waking me. This was room 105. Bed was a little too soft, but pretty comfy even so. Duvet cover weight was perfect and I appreciated having a top sheet. Breakfast pastry type options were very limited.

Excellent experience! The front desk receptionists were very welcoming. The manager was even friendly, very understanding and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, was able to have a little one sit down to play and roll around. There is a little fire pit out back that was cozy and relaxing. We will definitely return!

We stayed a couple nights recently. Overall, very clean. It is a new property, so it wasn't very full which was nice. Awkward room arrangements for seeing TV from the bed. Bed was new, but not very comfortable. Not very firm. If you like that, it might be great for you. Staff was very nice. Made reservation through Expedia, so I couldn't get a receipt when checking out, thought that was odd. They add a $75 charge at check-in. Hoping it is taken off like they said it would be. Seems like a safe, quiet area. Easy parking. Not really an area where you could walk to restaurants or shopping. Didn't see or hear any pets.

Requested adjoining rooms was never told they didn’t offer it , even wit phone calls to hotel and requests through app until night of arrival . Asked for rooms next to ea other and was told are rooms were but they were diagonal across hall and was basically told to deal with it . Orange juice was not available at breakfast either day of stay was told the manager was on vacation and had key to oj machine.

Parking was good, how can you beat free laundry service! The staff was very nice and accommodating except for the general manager in which anywhere they think they know it all and are not the person dealing with the public it was the every day staff that was great! The other thing that made the stay unpleasant was the kids who have no parents teaching them how to act in public, taking all the food at breakfast , acting like they were the only ones in the pool and the parents saying they are boys no they are rude!
