"This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. "Although this location is very close to the cruise docks and train station, I would not recommend staying at this location The rooms very dirty and the hall light entering the doorway was burnt out and when talked to the front desk he just shrugged it off. The towels were very old and the whole hotel was outdated and in a need of a face lift They attempted to charge us for parking when we did not have a vehicle. I would recommend choosing another location in this beautiful little town"
