"The marketing photos are unfortunately not the reality. The room was dark, the phone was yellow nicotine stained. No fridge, no safe, no tea or coffee. One pillow each. I asked for more pillows and they don't give any extra ones, so I had to go and but some from the supermarket. The bathroom was dark and grey and felt like a prison cell! The photos of the pool was blue, but it was green. From researching means it may be unsanitary as can be algae or wrong chlorine balance. So we didn't get in...

"There did not clean the fridge. There was a left over cola. They did not refill the shampoo. There was a bottle bit it was empty. There was also no extra toilet paper. After we request them, they put it into the room. But nobody knows English, so communication was really bad."
