Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). “The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

“When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. ”
