“We liked it. First time to Big Bear and we already want to go back. The room was a simple two queen bed room, but meet our needs for just a one night stay. We used the basketball court and would've used the hot tub if we had more time. My kids commented that the pool and hot tub looked clean. We also liked how the property was in walking distance to The Village, where we enjoyed a waffle cone and browsing the shops. ”

“The worst experience ever!!!! Wasted my 3 precious hours for nothing at check out. Made a full payment through hotels.com but hotel said it doesn't show up and tried to charge me without trying anything. Hotel didn't call hotels.com and told me that I should make the call. They told me that they would make sure to do evrything to confirm the reservation with hotels.com. One phone call to hotels.com could have solved all problems but the person 'Christine' at the front desk was neglect...
