"The location of the property was great, we traveled by train and were able to walk to and from the train station with our luggage. Was easy to get to many activities from the location as well. Very much enjoyed our 2 nights in Innsbruck! Only negative was that the apartment was advertised as supplying breakfast, but we did not see where breakfast was supposed to be served so that was a bit disappointing."

"Great location! Room was nice and tidy. They had a communal washer/dryer to use which was perfect if you are travelling for a long time and need to do laundry. Roof top was ok but if you are using that as a selling feature to book I’d say not worth it. Staff was friendly."

The hotel breakfast with one possible exception at a Four Seasons in the Middle East,was the best ever ! Amazing ! Finally, the hotel staff was exceptional So helpful in every way. Especial gratitude should go out to the wonderful Vittoria and her assistant the very accommodating Olivier ! THey were THE BEST"

"The room was small but beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day and the coffee pods for the machine replaced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't have the daily breakfast, but we did book for the Sunday buffet which was excellent. The hotel is pretty central and was an easy walk into the old town. We really enjoyed a sunny afternoon relaxing in the peace and quiet of the rooftop deck."
