โVery comfortable accommodation in a beautiful historic building well located in Haines. Jeff was very helpful in recommending what to see and where to eat.โ
โThe history surrounding this building is amazing (in WWII the Army used it as a Hospital!). Check in/out was easy, the beds were comfortable, the ceiling fan was appreciated (summer), and it was fairly quiet. My only request would be for them to stock Orange Pekoe tea (there were many other teas available). Highly recommend staying here!โ
โAmazing place to stay in Haines. Clean and spacious. Nice artistic details. Helpful owners. Felt like a home away from home. Walking distance to battery point trail. We loved our stay and will 100% book again on our next visit to Haines.โ
โWe stayed at five different hotels over two weeks, and this one was by far the best!!! The room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Having a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the essential amenities made a huge difference โ it was perfect for preparing our own meals and enjoying a relaxed, comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the separate dining and tea tables, which added a cozy touch and made the space feel more like a...
โA great option if you are staying overnight in Haines. Convenient access to the entire downtown area, clean laundry facilities, nice rooms, and a very personable staff. An all-around great place to stay.โ
โBear in mind that you are in an old (territorial old) building. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room and common areas to meet a travelers need. Slept like a baby. The shower wasnt (and by virtue of the age of the building, cant be) high pressure. Stay here for a comfortable, cozy, lodging experience that gives you a sense of life of historic Ketchikan. Would Stay again any time Im in Ketchikanโ
โCheck in was easy. Staff was great. It felt very home like. The homemade scones were very tasty. The hot tub was very clean and my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. If we go back to Juneau for any reason we will be booking a stay again at the Silverbow Inn. โ
โExceptional and surprisingly unique property.
We had a lovely suite w/ an exceptional bathroom/shower and huge TV.
Mattress was great!
Common spangles and airport shuttle were tip top.โ
โWe loved our view of the harbor from our room. It was interesting to watch the boats come and go. We were entertained and amused to watch the deck hands fillet fish efficiently and effortlessly at the end of each fishing day. โ
โRestaurant food was excellent, if a bit pricey. Room was clean, bathroom seemed recently redone, laundry machines were easy to use and very clean. Staff were able to recommend local sellers of outdoor gear. โ
