“Housekeeping never showed up. Staff super inexperienced and overwhelmed by the massive influx of cruise passengers. Food was extremely salty. I guess if you are a cruise passenger it makes sense. But when traveling on our own I will avoid Princess hotels due to the massive overcrowding by cruisers”

“It is a quite unique hotel. If you do not expect the Hilton it is a real deal. It is quite old but clean and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was phenomenal! The entrance is a shocker and the rooms have a 70’s feel but everything is maintained just quite old. The staff was so friendly and so helpful, and Robert, the general manager, listened to every thing my friend and I had to say and was very responsive to requests. The room was clean and comfortable.
